An easy recipe for lovers of fried. It lends itself very well even with the use of mozzarella or provolone cheese, fresh cheese when we find remnants of it happens that we prepare them well.
The process is semplicisissimo. Cut the mozzarella into slices long. Beat the egg with salt and pepper. Fill a small dish of flour and bread crumbs in another. Dip the slices of mozzarella egg, then in the flour and finally in bread crumbs on both sides. In a small pan to heat the oil and lay the slices. Let brown on both sides.
