Cupcake Cioccolato e Fragole


  • Ingredients 320 gr of flour 160 grams butter
  • 180 g sugar 200 ml milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate 2 eggs
  • A packet of yeast
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • few bits of strawberry

For Frosting
  • 125 g butter 100 g strawberries 300 grams of mince
  • Zuccero in Velo
  • few drops of vanilla essence

ammrobidire Allow butter to room temperature and add sugar. Mix until creamy. Add eggs and continue stirring. Then add the melted chocolate in a double boiler and mix all the ingredients for good. In another bowl sift the flour with the baking powder, salt, cinnamon and strawberries. Combine the liquid mixture and stir briefly. You can also add chocolate chips if you really want a riot of chocolate. Pour the mixture into cups and bake at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes. Take them out and let cool. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting with strawberries, joining the left to soften butter with icing sugar, add the chopped strawberries so untouchable and a little vanilla essence. Mix together with electric beaters until creamy firm. Pour into pastry bag and decorate the cupcake.
